Olivier De Schutter shall deliver a keynote address at the conference on the transition towards sustainable agriculture convened by Terra Reversa (a socio-ecological think tank on transition) and VODO (Flemish Platform for Sustainable Development) at the European Parliament in Brussels.

His lecture will describe the connection between (un)sustainable food production systems and the global problem of food supply and hunger, exploring how transition in agriculture can contribute to the implementation of the human right to food and how more sustainable food systems can be established.
